| or however the expression goes One could just as easily say the rise in standards of living are directly related to the rising divorce rates in society. and if you believe that too much wealth is being consolidated in too few hands, well you need look no further than the fact that increased government intrusion and interference in markets has made it increasingly difficult to enter any industry in order to create wealth unless you already have it....or in plainer terms: only companies can afford to start companies anymore This is a direct result of protecting union-burdened industries/companies with protectionist laws and regulations. A nice payback for continued political funding support.....until the company goes broke because they are uncompetitive, in which case the taxpayers bail them out. How is it that the states with the biggest organized union presence are the states in the worst financial condition? Shouldnt it be opposite according to your logic? Shouldnt Michigan, Ohio, New York be the beacons of economic prosperity? Lowest unemployment rates? Be attracting the most new residents? Be attracting the most business growth? Why is it that unions are always aligned with communist political organizations? Why did "worker-first" eastern european countries fall far behind their western peers for decades in the 20th century in both economic and social prosperity? Shouldnt it have been opposite? Was the wealth not "spread around" sufficiently enough? I wouldn't say Unions are "subject to corruption" like any other organization is an accurate assessment. I would say Unions "breed corruption" unlike any other organization. That would be a more accurate description on what we have seen come from modern labor unions.
"What a curiosity our new political correctness has made of our public spaces. Let your sex tape loose on the Internet and be rewarded with your own TV show; photograph a crucifix in a jar of urine and our museums will vie to exhibit it; occupy someone else’s property and you will be hailed by the president for your keen social conscience. But call people who blow up, behead, and mutilate, “savage” — and polite society will find you offensive." --Jared Silverman "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." --Winston Churchill "When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." --Benjamin Franklin "The last official act of any government is to loot the treasury." --George Washington END THE FED ....learn why, in 42 minutes Full Pardon for PFC Bradley Manning |
